Office Manager
12 month Maternity leave
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hemel Hempstead
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (with some flexibility)
Job Description
Manage the day to day running of the office Act as the “face” of the company both on the phone & in person
Prepare Tender / PQQ responses from start to finish
Prepare & format proposals for issue to Clients Process employee expenses & timesheets
Manage all office supplies and equipment
Co-ordinate post / couriers as required
To arrange office maintenance and repair work when necessary
Arrange travel; organise meetings and appointments; Deal with incoming post and emails and re-route accordingly on a daily basis Coordinate IT support when needed Process sales invoices to Clients on a monthly basis Overall credit control of Sales & Supplier invoices
Preparing presentations and documentation material for potentially new business
Filing Any other tasks that may be required.
Skills / Experience Proficient in ALL Microsoft Office Packages
Previous administrative / secretarial experience Be able to work on your own & use initiative when necessary Basic accounting experience Team Player
