Our client who are a data specialist are recruiting for a Customer Delivery Project Manager to manage the successful implementation of complex solutions for clients.
Your key measures of success are:
- Delivering projects on time, to budget and quality
- Communicating project status to all involved parties
- Documentation of the project complete
- Acceptance of the solution by the client
- Support given to Sales on solutions; definition, presentation and discussion
Key accountabilities:
- Understanding the solution and being able to determine the best implementation method, correct resources and data requirements.
- Communicating with the all involved parties both internal and external to ensure roles, responsibilities and timescales are clear
- Co-ordinating internal resources to ensure the most appropriate parties are engaged in the project and are delivering as expected
- Engaging with the clients project team to ensure they are successfully meeting their commitments
- Regular review meetings to keep the implementation on track with the customer, the team and with companies leadership
- Own the specification documentation for the project ensuring the correct parties complete their parts to time and quality
- Production of documentation for the project
- Issue resolution is done effectively and minimising impact to the project
- Obtaining acceptance of the solution by the customer
- Performing data manipulation tasks as necessary
- Ensuring that support systems are in place to support the solution both during and post project.
- Creating and keeping a good relationship with the customer
- SOX compliance: Proof of Delivery (POD) recording.
- Supporting business change projects that affect clients and acting as their champion

- Acceptance of the changes by the client

- Understanding the solution and being able to determine the best approach for implementation with both the client and internal teams
- Communicating tasks with the all involved parties, both internal and external, to ensure roles, responsibilities and timescales are clear
- Co-ordinating internal resources to ensure they are delivering as expected
- Engaging with the clients project team to ensure they are fully briefed on the status and effect of the changes on the client
- Production of documentation for the project
- Support of testing as appropriate
- Performing data manipulation tasks as necessary
- Regular review meetings to keep the implementation on track with the customer and the D&B team.
- Creating and keeping a good relationship with the customer so they have confidence in D&B
- Escalation of issues to D&B leadership
- Issue resolution is done effectively and minimising impact to the project
- Obtaining acceptance of the solution by the customer
• Ensuring that support systems are in place to support the solution both during and post project.
