Project Manager – New Build Supported Living – South East/M1 corridor – £45k + Excellent Benefits
Our client is an expanding Care provider who delivers care and support to vulnerable adults within the Learning disability and mental Healthcare sector living in Supported living accommodation. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a background with working within the LD/Mental Health sector and with managing new build housing for this vulnerable group.
Experience in developing new business and strong operational expertise within this group is also required. You will need a strong background in working closely with Commissioners, Local Authorities, Housing Associates and Construction Partners, Care Managers, Families, NHS and GP services.
You will require your own car and hold a full driving licence as this senior management role will involve travel in and around the M1 corridor and South east of the country so you will need to have excellent knowledge of this region and reside within the M1 corridor area.
Excellent communication skills and motivation is needed for this challenging and demanding role as you will be building relationships with key decision makers and other agencies and stakeholders. A cheerful enthusiastic caring approach is needed to be able to build strong relationships but who is also a strong decisive driven character.
Our client is looking for a Project Manager who has excellent IT skills, who can work to deadlines, manage operations and who has a successful track record of working closely with commissioners.
This exciting and rewarding senior role will require a background in Social housing and supported living management and hands on experience with referrals and assessments is also a requirement for this position.
