We are recruiting for an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have experience working in a high volume environment and understand the branded restaurant business be:-
- Managing the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Managing a talented team
- Ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded
- Advising customers on menu and wine choice
- Recruiting, training and motivating your team
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
- Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in driving sales and controlling costs and step up when the Restaurant General Manager is not there
