Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Placements – Watford
My Client is a well-established, independent recruitment organisation with several branches across the UK.
As part of their strategy they are developing their permanent placement offerings across various sectors including (but not limited to), Commercial /Office Support; Food Production; Construction; Industrial and Technical.
This role is primarily one of sales development, although loads of business leads and psl’s, so it is all about building relationships and account penetration as well as developing new business.
You’ll need to enjoy selling, both over the phone and face to face. Therefore you will ideally have a minimum of 12 months, targeted Recruitment experience making permanent placements across any of the sectors mentioned above.
But critically you’ll need to appreciate that you will only ever achieve success by providing a truly outstanding service to your clients and candidates.
There are many different elements to the role of a recruitment consultant. Understanding strategies to source candidates and new jobs and as well as techniques to ensure the end to end recruitment process runs smoothly from both a client and candidate perspective.
Your ultimate aim will be to place candidates rather than to fill jobs.
Basic package up to £30K per annum (depending upon experience), plus lucrative commission structure.
