Duries for the role of Service Desk Engineer Coordinator / Administrator include:
- Managing site visit requests, assigning resource
- Categorising and dispatching of all incoming support tickets
- Logging, categorising and dispatching of all incoming support calls
- Service Desk ticket queue scheduling management
- Support ticket time entry management
- Reviewing tickets before completion
- Follow up on clients requests/issues including client updates
- Liaising between departments to allocate resources when required
- Take an active involvement in team meetings
- Build a relationship and communicate effectively with the sales and projects teams to ensure the client experiences a seamless service
- Day to day overseeing of Administration duties
- Client document reviews
- Dealing with 3rd parties
- Active role on process production
- Calendar Management
- Organising Team Meetings
- Timesheet/Holiday administration
- Holiday cover
Candidate requirments:
- Methodical and self-motivated
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
