Salary: 20-25k p.a.


Hours: Full time office hours


Immediate start available


Duries for the role of Service Desk Engineer Coordinator / Administrator include:


  • Managing site visit requests, assigning resource

  • Categorising and dispatching of all incoming support tickets

  • Logging, categorising and dispatching of all incoming support calls

  • Service Desk ticket queue scheduling management

  • Support ticket time entry management

  • Reviewing tickets before completion

  • Follow up on clients requests/issues including client updates

  • Liaising between departments to allocate resources when required

  • Take an active involvement in team meetings

  • Build a relationship and communicate effectively with the sales and projects teams to ensure the client experiences a seamless service

  • Day to day overseeing of Administration duties

  • Client document reviews

  • Dealing with 3rd parties

  • Active role on process production

  • Calendar Management

  • Organising Team Meetings

  • Timesheet/Holiday administration

  • Holiday cover

Candidate requirments:


  • Methodical and self-motivated

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Excellent grammatical knowledge
