This exciting and involved role will form part of a new team responsible for the event management and training cycle within an International, successful business. Your role will include the project management of all events, improving supplier relationships, and working closely with the team of trainers.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience within a customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and collating agreed commercial metrics
Capturing all internal and external customer feedback
Providing proactive coordination support for the team of Trainers to maximise trainer time and associated costs
Attending client training and business events and workshops
Arranging accommodation and travel plans
Supporting the accurate and timely production of training materials and all associated delegate correspondence
Ideal candidates will have worked in a training and events coordination role before or a similar diverse and busy coordination role where good communication and organisational skills are paramount.
