Our client, a growing supplier of construction materials, based in the High Wycombe area seeking ab experiences stock controller for their expanding warehouse operation.
Ideal candidates will be well organised and able to work independently in a pressure environment. The job includes being able to generate accurate stock information for senior management, order control and tracking, allocation of orders and the ability to spot and adjust discrepancies.
Elements of the job will be ‘hands on’ with occasional need to go into warehouse & stock holding areas to pick specific orders for important clients and to ensure correct goods are being delivered.
Applicants will need to have strong IT skills, comfortable with standard Microsoft packages and ideally Sage computing software (Line 200). Good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. Accurate data entry skills are required
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900- 1800 with a starting salary of £15,500
