Individual will be responsible for answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out (data entry of demographics, collecting co-pays, account balances), verification of benefits. Must be friendly with professional attitude, work independently and within team, multi-task, detail oriented, self-starter, and possess critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in medical office or hospital setting.
Skills: Typing, Computer and software knowledge, phone skills required.
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
