JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to provide clerical support in a team environment. All duties should be aligned with Tecomet’s priorities of safety, quality, meeting commitments, and innovation.
Harmonized core technical skills:
- PC Literacy, Windows, Microsoft Office Software
- Excel
- Tecomet software programs
Harmonized core education and experience:
- High School Diploma
- Six Months to one year related experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for filing documents in correct designated files.
- Administrative support for the QA/Calibration department.
- Administrative support for other assigned designated department/s.
- Assist with general data entry and reporting
- Interact with multiple departments regarding gages and related documentation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to communicate verbally and written with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to function in a position which is primarily repetitive daily administrative functions.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate verbally and written with internal and external customers.
Working Conditions/Physical Abilities:
- Well lighted, heated/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.
- Ability to maneuver throughout the facility/facilities as needed.
- Ability to wear proper PPE
