As a Senior Billing Customer Account Specialist Senior , you will be responsible for gathering and evaluating in-depth customer consumption history for customer accounts, resolving and generating complex billing, analyzing account data for accuracy and generating corrections, trending and analyzing consumption to identify and find solutions on billing related processes and identification of meter related issues, and leading high profile improvement initiatives. This position researches and resolves more difficult problems and communicates solutions to the customer and partnering areas of the organization. This position can work with residential, commercial and industrial accounts as well as internal customers in the organization on more advanced issues/problems. This position is responsible for ensuring proper rate assignment and qualification and/or disqualification and may also prepare and participate on rate studies and provides testing and results for upcoming rate assignments. This position is also responsible for working with customers to identify and resolve billing issues and handles escalated customer issues which can include areas outside of billing related issues.
