Customer Service- Financial Services - Motif Financial - Houston, TX

We are a national Insurance Marketing Agency. We are expanding our call center support to our agents across the country.

As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the point of contact for our Agent’s clients. You will have access to the client’s profiles and history in order to fully service the account.


You will serve as an additional leg to the carrier support that is already provided to clients, but under our brand name.


Our FCR’s are an integral part of our business, as our objective is to ensure a seamless client experience across the board for every interaction we have with our clients.


Your “Service with a Smile” attitude helps ensure that we are always answering client’s questions, addressing client’s concerns, and delivering the best solutions based on our product knowledge, client suitability, and our professional expertise!


Requirements
What YOU offer :


High School Diploma/GED

Some college preferred

At least 3 years of remarkable customer service experience, in a combination of phone and face to face environment.

Desire to succeed and advance in your career

Experience using gmail and other google apps is a major plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule (your schedule will be set upon initial hire and you will have the opportunity to elect overtime consideration based on first come first serve and availability)
