Has managerial responsibility for all community-based programs and services to juveniles in an assigned region. Assigns duties, supervises and evaluates district supervisors’ or program directors’ job performance. Ensures that departmental policies and procedures are being followed and keeps abreast of current theory and practice in juvenile delinquency prevention, intervention and rehabilitation. Monitors budget. Compiles quarterly reports on region’s program operations. Provides training on policies to community staff. Must be on call to respond to emergencies. Attends meetings and trainings as required. Performs other duties as required.

Typical Working Conditions and Unique Physical Requirements :
Performs job duties in an office and makes frequent visits to offices and facilities within the region. Required to be on call.
