In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving key customer programs to completion and achieve positive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities for this role are as follows:






 






  • Manage key customer programs. Serve as primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical and logistics issues.


  • Manage customer escalation, program risks and mitigation plan. Set milestones, prioritize issues and drive to resolution.


  • Lead customer and internal meetings. Track schedule, deliverables and action items.


  • Manage communications regarding delivery of hardware, software, regulatory, manufacturing, qualification and documentation.


  • Develop processes and metrics to gauge program execution and improve program efficiency.


  • Own program status communications to all levels including executive interlocks.

 






Job Requirements






  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of program management experience and a BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of engineering domain experience or a MS/MBA degree and a minimum of 3 years of engineering domain experience.


  • Demonstrated success in managing customer interactions, communicating difficult issues and setting proper expectations.


  • Proven leadership skill in influencing cross-functional technical and business teams without formal authority.


  • Knowledge of Network Switch development and integration, including processors, ASICs, PHYs, TCAM, software and reference platform.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization skills and initiative.


  • Experience working with distributed teams across the US, Europe and Asia.


  • Work well under pressure and in conflict situations.
