Office Assistant - Blaze Air, Inc. - Winston-Salem, NC





High Tech HVAC Company is searching for a talented and motivated individual to coordinate and assist our team and take care of our clients. The position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and is able to work as a team member to ensure superior service to all our customers. Previous experience in customer service and team coordination is a must.

Job Title: Office Assistant

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, may require some overtime during peak season


Primary Job Functions: Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Other accounting support as directed by the Office Manager.


Reports to: Office Manager


Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or its equivalent

  • Fast Learner and computer Skills

Qualifications desired:

  • Excellent verbal skills

  • Professional phone skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Energetic personality

  • Well organized and ability to work independently
