Our HR department supports that mission every day by finding, developing and retaining the best talent for MSH offices and projects around the globe. We are seeking an organized, customer-service focused individual to support a team of talent acquisition specialists and HR partners in our Medford, MA office. The coordinator will work across these two units to ensure that the day-to-day functions of hiring, on-boarding and reporting take place in a smooth and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of HR as well as the rewarding work of being in a global, non-profit public health organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Support to Talent Acquisition
- Post jobs in a variety of sites to ensure best possible candidate response.
- Schedule interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain data in the applicant tracking and HRIS.
- Provide support to the proposal recruitment function– formatting cvs, gathering candidate documentation and assisting with reference checking.
- Draft regular metrics and other types of reports.
- Assist in data analysis for AAP reporting.
Support to HR Partners
- Coordinate the orientation process for new hires in Medford, MA.
- Conduct employment and I-9 verifications.
- Ensure accuracy of employee files.
Qualifications
- B.A. degree and 1 year of relevant office experience.
- Basic understanding of HR or proposal processes.
- Excellent excel, word, visio, google drive skills.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
