ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Daily processing of plant invoices
- Match PO, Packing Slip and Invoice to PO system
- Enter daily grain receipts and prepare grain settlements
- Work with vendors on invoices issues
- Front desk calls
- Guest reception
- Administrative assistance as needed for plant office employees
- Provides office support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages, maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the office.
- Manage service requests for office maintenance issues
- Assisting the HR Manager/Plant Manager with administering all new hire including the onboarding process for the plant.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and client information
- Working closely with Plant Manager on maintaining employees files
- Office supply ordering
- Manage inbound mail and outbound overnight packages
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Organizations, Scheduling, Confidentiality, Verbal and Written Communication, Teamwork, Microsoft Office Skills with an understanding of Excel. Knowledge of Relevant Software, general business experience, data entry skills and general math skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of accounts payable or general account experience 1-2 years HR Administration
