Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate with some college preferred.
Experience: Typical candidate will have 2 years clerical and customer service experience or previous experience issuing government certificates, licenses, or permits.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Good organizational abilities, telephone and reception skills, and excellent customer service. Attention to detail. Able to problem solve minor issues and work in a fast paced setting. Ability to read and follow written instructions and demonstrate professional work behavior. Bilingual skills preferred.
