Customer Service Agents – Key Responsibilities Include :


  • Assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Resolving customer issues

  • Asking meaningful questions to offer the customer the best solution

  • Providing flight status updates

  • Updating computer records for passengers

Customer Service Agents – Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • One (1) year of customer service experience

  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Customer Service Agents – Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in the aviation industry

  • Advanced computer literacy

  • Bilingual
