EMPLOYMENT RECRUITER Status: Full-Time Education: Bachelors degree in HR, business and/or related field. Requirements: The Employment Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day talent acquisition for the VVRMC. Manages various employment functions including the overall recruitment and selection of qualified individuals for non-exempt and exempt positions; the on-boarding process; employment transactions and serves as the contact person for outside agencies. Develops a strong partnership with hiring directors/managers and serves in a consultative role on selection and employment practices, and ensures that all proper employment laws are followed. Supports the efficient operations of the HR department by working collaboratively with the HR team on diverse human resource management projects and related activities and contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of HR best practices. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years current HR and recruitment experience, skilled in interviewing, selection, on-line recruitment, and working knowledge of employment laws. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form with all levels of employees, community partners and vendors. Proven PC skills with excel, work and power point and with an applicant tracking system. |
