Accounts Receivable/Administrative Clerk job - Publishing - Houston, TX






The Accounts Receivable/Administrative Clerk will maintain customer accounts to ensure efficient, timely and accurate billing and payment of accounts as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks. The duties and responsibilities of this position require not only a knack for numbers, but also attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.


Job Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections; an Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for experience

  • Must have experience in QuickBooks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Very strong organization and time management skills

  • Must have pleasant disposition and professionalism when dealing with clients

  • Ability to work with limited supervision.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and excellent follow-through skills.
