We are recruiting for a Contract Coordinator to join a busy team at our Dacorum office in Hemel Hempstead. Reporting to the Administration Manager this role is responsible for supporting the management and operational teams with the coordination of the Planned Works contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role along with strong administrative, organisational and leadership skills. Responsibilities will include supporting the Planned Works management team, management of administrative functions and organisation of works. Strong communication skills will be necessary when dealing with both tenants and Client alike, ensuring that both are kept up to date.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy and fast-paced office environment and have an understanding of Property Services delivery.
