Our client is a private golf club with a intriguing background history that also serves food and beverages in its clubhouse that has a large patio, bar and lounge area.
They are looking for full time Bar Restaurant Supervisor based in Berkhamsted.
Duties in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Serve customers food and beverages
- Follow instructions from customers
- Taking orders with attention to detail
- Make conversation with customers
- Keeping the bar and restaurant clean and presentable
- Till duty
- Dealing with customer complaints reporting the bar supervisor
- Make sure that food gets out to customers on time
- Keep promotion board up to date
- Promote club events
- Liaising with other members of staff in regards to stock and daily specials
- Report all broken and damaged equipment
- To be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required
Experience required:
- High level customer service
- Ideally hospitality experience
- Entry level will be accepted on the basis that you are willing to learn quickly and efficiently and are hard working
Soft skills required:
- Approachable
- Friendly
- Presentable
- Happy
- Outgoing but also knows when to be serious
- Deal with irate customers
- Professional

- Due to the hours of the job the client requires the candidate to drive and have their own car. #
