Job Role
- Provide support to all advisers, whilst working within administration team
- Administration involving valuations, preparation, submission and ongoing implementation of new business
- Manage client portfolios online on wrap platforms
- Assist colleagues with appointed tasks
- Assist in preparation for annual review meetings
- Act as a point of contact and deal effectively with client queries and other parties through effective communication
- Maintain an effective diary system to control workflow priorities
Key Aspects to Job Role
Preparing and maintaining the client file
- Check all compliance paperwork is present
- Ensuring client risk profile is determined
- Maintaining anti money laundering records
- Keeping paper files in the correct format
- Create an audit trail on 1st Software of client activity
