CallForce is looking to recruit friendly and enthusiastic individuals living in the USA, on behalf of a premium online education provider, who will be able to conduct online classes in conversational English from home. Candidates will be joining a dynamic global team of tutors.
These classes will be aimed at teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) students basic English grammar and speaking skills. There will be between 1-6 students in each class. Students are based in Asia, Eastern Europe and South America. Each class will be 45 minutes long, with all teaching materials provided. Classes will be held on an online teaching platform, and must be taught from home. Training will be provided.
Candidates will be able to schedule their own classes, and may take on as many classes as they choose within a given week. The hours are flexible within the companies approved hours.
Requirements:
- Computer, headset, webcam and good internet connectivity required (4G LTE Router or ADSL 6 Meg line or faster is recommended).
- Good English communication skills.
- A neutral tone of voice, without a strong accent.
- Computer literacy & competence in Internet usage
- An energetic and friendly disposition.
Duties:
- Lead structured classes of 45min each.
- Provide positive learning experience.
- Motivate students.
- Make corrections to speech patterns and pronunciation.
- Facilitate learning in all aspects of the English language (basic grammar, reading skills, speaking skills, etc.).
- Asses the needs of individual students and adapt course material as necessary.
- Fill in a short report on each student’s performance after each lesson.
Payment:
- Base rate payment plus bonuses based on students ratings of individual classes and no. of students in each class.
- These factors mean that you can earn up to 25 USD per session.
