Your duties, as the Operations Administrator, will include:
- Creating internal statistics for the sales department including KPIs, daily reports and month end reports.
- Handling database changes and updates efficiently.
- Recording daily sales stats using excel.
- Making updates/changes to an internal bespoke database.
- General administration duties including filing, processing paperwork and archiving. Administrative role that is process oriented. Good telephone manner and customer service mentality.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Essential skills / qualifications / experience for the role
- Highly organised, process driven individual who can perform repetitive / routine tasks with ease and with a sense of urgency.
- Must have experience of using Microsoft packages, including word and Outlook and be especially confident in Excel
- Good general level of Education
- Experience of office systems
- Supervisory experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- IT Skills, able to produce spreadsheets & write own letters/memos
