Training Consultant
UK Vehicle Rental and Leasing
Our client is the trade body for the car rental and car leasing sector in the UK. They provide a variety of services and support functions to the sector. The sectors buy nearly half of all new vehicles sold in the UK and employs a large amount of people in companies of all sizes. They are looking to employ a training consultant to work closely with their members.
You will be working closely with both the car rental and car leasing sectors across the UK initiating, developing and implementing training and development that meets the requirements of the sector. You will work closely with senior management across the industry to establish their needs and then plan delivery through selected and approved training partners. You will work closely with these partners to ensure that the highest possible standards are met and maintained across companies of all sizes.
You have the experience and ability to communicate effectively with both the members of the association and the trainers, market the service and continually monitor its effectiveness across the sector.
You ideally have a good knowledge of the sector and a good understanding of functions and processes. A degree or relevant qualification would be a benefit.
Salary c £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
