As a Human Resources Customer Service Representative you will have the opportunity to answer and log all incoming Human Resource Contact Center calls while providing all internal and external customers with excellent customer service. Additionally, you will separate all emergency from non-emergency calls and forward each to the appropriate Human Resources Specialist, as well as, updating any calls within the H.E.A.T. database as necessary. This individual will also assist the Human Resources department with a wide variety of clerical and administrative support responsibilities in between answering calls.


Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications


Must have one of the following: 1 year of Human Resources experience, 1 year of customer service experience within a call center environment preferred, or 1 year of Kwik Trip experience; excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills; proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality; typing proficiency of 45 plus words per minute; accurate/detail oriented; possess strong data entry skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interpret and communicate resolutions to complex Human Resources related issues; proven organizational skills; ability to work with others in a team based atmosphere; willingness to relocate to the La Crosse, WI area.
