More than just a chair warmer, we need a Front Desk Administrator with sass and style (okay maybe not so much sass). We are pretty much the best company ever and we need someone to be the forefront of our office and to take charge of those delivery drop offs. Responsibilities:
- Full-time in office 8:00 am-5:00 pm with an hour lunch break
- Greet walk-ins and interact in a friendly, professional manner
- Arrange and notify staff of appointments
- Sort incoming mail, faxes and courier parcels
- Keep office organized and presentable
- Communicate with the building manager
- Pay Sellers
- Handle Payment Emails
- Water Plants. An occasional conversation to see how they are feeling wouldn’t be bad.
- Run miscellaneous errands such as, but not limited to; deposits at the bank, shopping for the office kitchen, shopping for office supplies etc.
- Ordering in-office lunches.
Requirements
Candidates should be extremely awesome in the following areas:
- Typing. We need someone proficient with computers. If you can type 55 wpm, boom you nailed it.
- Communicating. First impressions matter, if you can demonstrate both professional writing and verbal skills, we want you!
- Shopping. Our target market are shoppers. So, in order to understand our customer we have to be the customer; conclusion, buy the shoes.
Added Bonus, give yourself a high five if you have experience in the following areas:
- Previous front desk experience
- Ping-Pong or Xbox skills
- Smiling. After all, you will be the “Face of Jane”
