Responsibilities


  • Process new hire employee file: verification that all required information received, complete I-9 and E-verify and scan into electronic record system.

  • Maintains employee records and their contents in accordance with regulatory requirements based on standards set by Joint Commission, DHSR, CARF, DOL, OIG, and Homeland Security.

  • Process performance appraisals: review for accuracy, data entry, audit, and scan into electronic record system.

  • Disseminates confidential information for employment verifications and subpoenas according to organizational policies.

  • Responsible for immigration tracking adhering to Homeland Security regulations as well as acting as a liaison and employee advocate with legal advisors, managers, and governmental agencies.

  • Responsible for accurately processing confidential employee actions.

  • Process terminations: data entry and scan into electronic record system.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training/education.

  • At least one year Human Resources experience preferred.
