Job Purpose:
International travel company looking for a qualified candidate to work 8 hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays to process customer trips using our automated processing system.
Responsibilities:
- Use our automated system to review and fulfill tour requests
- Ensure all trip components are in place so that the customer has an excellent experience
- Investigate issues and respond to customer and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
- Receive and respond to calls and email inquiries from customers requesting the status of their booking
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Contribute to team effort by working cooperatively with colleagues to resolve issues quickly
- Multitasking is a critical component of this position
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Excellent organization, detail, and multitasking skills
- Strong focus on quality and resolution management
- Deadline-oriented
- Reliable and able to follow instructions independently
- Ensure all trip components are in place so that the customer has an excellent experience
- Excellent speaking and writing abilities
- English-speaking required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 /hour
