Production Associate
Mondelēz International /Nabisco, a major food manufacturer in Richmond, is seeking highly qualified production associates. Our facility is located on Laburnum Avenue, near the Richmond Airport. Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and will be subject to strict product standards.
Qualifications
Must be available to work all three shifts, but will likely be assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift. Must also be able to work overtime as necessary
Minimum of 3 years work experience required.
Basic computer proficiency required.
The ability to read and comprehend written directions and perform basic math is required.
Prior experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Strong Mechanical experience/aptitude and learning agility preferred.
Experience working in a World-Class Manufacturing environment (TPM/HPWS/IL6S) strongly preferred.
High school diploma or GED is required, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
Excellent starting pay of $17.73 per hour with an increase to $25.33 after 18 months. Outstanding comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision with nominal employee contribution.
