Devlin Manor Health Care Center, a 124 bed long term care facility located in Cumberland, MD is now seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team! The ability to provide exceptional customer service is a must. This is a FT Monday- Friday 8:00pm-5:00pm position.
Responsibilities:
Interact with outside representatives in a positive and professional manner.
Greet all visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Responsible for filing and scanning documents.
Answering the phone in a pleasant manner.
May assist with other tasks as assigned.
Required Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited high school or have obtained a GED
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, and other facility staff members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including; Word and Excel.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and functionality screening
