How our call center team in SLC, UT contributes to Overstock’s success:
Take care of customer contracts, which include placing orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns for dissatisfied customers and completing follow-up items
Communicate with customers via phone, email and/or chat to provide information about products and services.
Provide world-class customer service in a call center environment
What we look for:
Great written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly pick-up on new customer service applications
Great attitude and ability to connect with customers
Inbound customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
