Summary: This role is centric to data entry (alpha numeric) of referral information with occasional outbound calls. The activity is routine, fast-paced, production-oriented, time sensitive and plays a critical role in getting the appropriate therapies administered to our plan participants. This role is also responsible for managing follow-up with sending receipt acknowledgements to physician referrals. The role demands a keen eye for data integrity.· High School diploma or equivalency required.· Minimum two years handling inbound telephone Customer Service.· Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and liabilities related to baggage preferred but not required.· Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, BRUTIS experience preferred but not required.
