REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of two years general office experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform a wide array of advanced clerical duties including typing, filing, office machine operation, maintenance of records; demonstrate the ability to accurately prepare forms, correspondence, agendas and meeting minutes; communicate professionally both verbally and in writing; demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate the policies, procedures, and services of the department, division, or program; and possess excellent customer service skills. Typing test from CareerSource Brevard (formerly Brevard Workforce) taken within the past year must be submitted.
