The PC Exchange of Jacksonville is currently looking to add a receptionist/tech to our team! How does working for the #1 rated computer, cell phone & tablet repair shop in town sound? The full time position will require being able to work flexible hours from 9am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday. This position is mainly based out of our Jacksonville store but will require occasional shifts/additional training at our Camp Lejeune store. The receptionist will also be cross-trained as a technician, to help out in various areas of the shop when not answering calls/checking in customers. Pay is hourly + commission. We are also hiring a FT receptionist/tech for our Camp Lejeune location (separate job posting).
We are looking for:
– An energetic & driven individual that can provide superb customer service & work well with fellow employees.
– A person that can “plug-in” wherever they are needed; cross-trained as a technician to help out in various areas of the shop when not answering phones or checking in customers.
– A detail oriented person who can follow policies and procedures
– You must dress professionally and above all else be a responsible, reliable person.
– You must have reliable transportation and able to pass a federal background check for base access.
– Someone that can give us a 2-year commitment
Previous technical experience is preferred but not required for the receptionist/tech position.
