This position supports all inbound calls providing technical support, account management and overall general questions. Agents will be expected to be engaging, flexible, customer service minded, and resourceful – all while giving each customer a memorable experience. Responsibilities: Provide information regarding customer’s account including closing or opening new ones Provide detailed information on services and how they work Research complex questions and problems; as well as provide resolution or escalate issues when appropriate Resolve most customer concerns and problems using established procedures Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with team lead Requirements: Excellent ability to communicate clearly on the phone Passionate, self-motivated and genuinely interested in other people!
