Responsibilities;
-Work independently on your own production at a consistent pace
-Keep up with your own production work and time sheet
-Package your own product for shipping
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Skills:
-Proficient in mathematics
-Must be able to read tape measure to the 1/32
-Self motivated/Self disciplined
IMPORTANT: Production workers are paid not by hourly but by production/piece work.You will not receive a W2 but a 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes, they are not withheld from your check.
Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.Must be willing to work 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday during the busy season (August-October).
