Country: United States of America

Closing date: 12 Sep 2015

Who we are

We’re Population Services International (PSI), the world’s leading non-profit social marketing organization. We work to make it easier for people in the developing world to be healthy by providing access to products and services that range from mosquito nets to HIV testing.

There are over 9,000 “PSI’ers” around the world. It’s a motley group of entrepreneurs and professionals with a diverse range of backgrounds all the way from the medical industry to the music business, all with unique skills we bring to the job. Join us!

PSI’s HIV & Tuberculosis Department is the organization’s HIV & TB technical hub. We ensure programmatic quality in the field, push innovation, support operations research and build partnerships with external organizations. We’re responsible for ensuring PSI achieves health impact with evidence-based interventions, and for sharing our impact with others.

The groundbreaking UNITAID/PSI HIV Self-Testing Africa (STAR) program is housed within the HIV & TB Department. Under the STAR Project, PSI and its partners will pilot HIV self-testing among different populations in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The project will generate crucial information about how to distribute self-test products effectively, ethically and efficiently.

We are looking for a Financial Analystto help us monitor the overall financial and contractual performance of the STAR Project. The Financial Analyst would be actively involved in performing analyses for the prime award as well as subaward expenditures on this unique project.
