providing oversight and management for a newly funded human resource capacity development project, including leadership on the overall development, management and administration of the project.


Key activities in your role will include:


  • Providing leadership on the overall development, management and administration of the project, including Strategic Design, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Administration.

  • Ensuring Communication, Capitalization and Knowledge Management.

  • Coordinating the project with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership for the development of a business model for the sustainability of the program.

  • Pro-active exchange and collaboration with Action Against Hunger team members.

You’re a dedicated professional with:


  • Master Degree in relevant discipline in a field related to social sciences, development or public health and/or equivalent experience gained.

You are passionate about humanitarian work and have:


  • Field level experience of working in emergency and/or development settings and a solid understanding of humanitarian principles and current global sectorial issues.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including demonstration of cultural awareness, diplomacy and tact.

  • Positive attitude and strong analytical, interpersonal and coordination skills.

You have solid experience


  • Minimum of 5 years of training/capacity building experience in a professional setting.

  • Demonstrable project management, partner coordination, facilitation, and training skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
