Job Summary:
Performs daily monitoring of screens and quality inspections throughout the assigned plant. May be assigned to dry or wet plants as needed.
Job Duties:
• Learn and assist in the process of brushing and inspecting screens per the set
schedule.
• Learn and complete hourly quality checks of sand grades.
• Learn to operate equipment as needed throughout the assigned plants.
• Assists with the loading areas in the plant.
• Address any housekeeping issues in the work areas.
• Learn and assist in the preventative maintenance of the plant as needed.
• Responsible for completion of greasing and equipment inspections throughout
the plants.
• Learns and follows all Pioneer/Premier HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
policies at all times.
• Learns and uses appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all
times.
• Learns and follows all MSHA rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• No experience required.
• Valid vehicle operator’s license with clean driving record required.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
• Works well with others.
• Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills a plus.
• Able to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands
and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds on routine basis.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold.
• Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, airborne particles
and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE.
