This position is located in Jacksonville, IL. Basic Function: Provide individuals with ongoing support necessary to find and retain employment. Provide support and guidance, on-site, to program participants and conducts required follow-up services. Assist agency administrative staff in developing and implementing job site opportunities for clients residing in Morgan County. Requirements of this position include: Expressed interest in working with adult psychiatrically disabled population. Related experience desirable. Versatility a must due to position responsibilities. Must have keyboarding and computer skills as required by position. Must have valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. Participation in after-hours crisis intervention services required. (30 minute response time to Passavant Area Hospital required).
