Ammex Global Marketplace is hiring Warehouse Associates! The duty free store on the Ambassador Bridge Plaza is one of the most exciting places to work in Detroit. Our facility is located in a secure U.S. Customs environment and provides visiting guests with a unique shopping experience. Our offerings include designer fragrances from around the world, fine crystal, exquisite jewelry handcrafted by renown designers, clothing and accessories, and of course premium spirits and cigars. Ammex Global Marketplace is seeking several Warehouse Associates to join our world-class, growing team. Warehouse Associates: Starting at $12 per hour (starting wage may vary based on previous experience) plus opportunity for quarterly attendance bonuses starting at around $500 for perfect attendance Full-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday – 8 hour shifts (Days) Responsibilities and expectations: Minimum age of 18 years old Ability to pass drug test and background check Committed to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays availability Class B CDL or Hi-Lo experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50 pounds as Warehouse Associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new merchandise. Maintaining warehouse inventory Working with the Ammex Management team to ensure all products are stocked and properly displayed on the sales floor.
