Doug Henry Auto in Kinston is now hiring extremely talented and professional Business Development Representatives to handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for customers. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inbound sales and service calls from new and existing customers to schedule appointments
- Outbound calls/emails to customers to increase sales and service appointments
- Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments
- Reschedule missed appointments
- 80% follow up calls to existing customers 20% inbound
- Log all customer information
Skills/Requirements:
- Polished and professional appearance Must be extremely well spoken and naturally persuasive
- Confident personality
- Self-Starter—go getter
- Ability to adapt to phone scripts and techniques utilized
- Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy
- Ability to meet/exceed monthly goals
- Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays
- Ability to collaborate and interact well with team members
- Must understand what “putting the customer first” means
Qualifications
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Collections, Customer Service, Retails Sales inside sales experience is a plus
- Self-starter, excellent follow-up Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Bi-Lingual candiates strongly encouraged
Additional Information
This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules to include rotating Saturdays.
