Administrative Coordinator job - First Impressions Dental SC - Shawano, WI






The administrative coordinator for First Impressions will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Greet and check patients and parents in with a smile

  • Review and update demographic and insurance information

  • Run insurance eligibility and claims

  • Answer phones

  • Schedule dental and orthodontic appointments

  • Run various reports

  • Light office cleaning and upkeep

  • Check patients out

  • Collect payment and set up financials

The ideal candidate will have the following:


  • Desire to work with children in a fun, yet professional atmosphere

  • Ability to multitask

  • Able to stand/sit for long periods of time

  • Proficient with computers

  • Some data entry experience

  • Desire to work as a team to provide top notch customer service and excellent patient care

  • Strong attention to detail

This position is available in our Appleton and Shawano locations.
