$24,784 – $32,219/ANNUAL Nature of Work:
The purpose of this position is to receive, receipt and account for various fees, fines and other payments due the City, and to perform related work as assigned. Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, vocational school, or GED with over six (6) months of work experience in receiving, receipting and recording customer fees, fines and other payments; may establish new customer accounts and assist in maintaining customer records; counts daily receipts; prepares daily cash reports, and prepares deposits; performs other general clerical work as required, including but not limited to completing forms, copying and filing documents, answering the telephone, etc. Special Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid SC Class “D” Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record. Must have knowledge of personal computer equipment with skill in the use of Microsoft Office preferred, utilizing Outlook, word processing and data base software programs as well as data entry skills.
