HR/Training Specialist
Job Description
The HR/Training Specialist reports to the HR Manager- Forging Operations and Corporate Organizational Development and is responsible for assisting with development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for all employees across the three manufacturing facilities and the corporate office. The HR/Training Specialist will also be responsible for assisting with hourly recruitment on the forging side of the business. The HR/Training Specialist will participate in HR special projects as assigned.

Assist in development and delivery of management/supervisory training
Work with production and corporate managers to identify and assess training needs
Main point of contact for training vendors and scheduling all external training
Responsible for preparing training grant applications
Assist with administration of Skill Pay programs
Responsible for executing Tuition Reimbursement Program
Monitoring of corporate training budget
Monthly reporting of training KPIs
Contribute to all HR special projects as assigned
Assist with recruitment of summer interns and oversight of Summer Intern Program
Maintain all job descriptions, drive update process in alignment with mid-year competency review
Assist with development and maintenance of competency models for all salaried positions
Develop talent review and training plan tool for all hourly positions
