An IKEA co-worker’s main task is to maximize sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility using knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market conditions and the needs of customers. Most positions in the IKEA store are hands-on in terms of customer contact. Together with thousands of colleagues around the world you will help to ensure the continued global success of the IKEA Concept – a concept that serves millions of satisfied customers each day.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
- IKEA St. Louis has multiple positions available in Sales, Food Service, Checkout Services, Recovery (As-Is), Home Delivery coordination, Returns & Exchanges, Safety & Security, and Logistics (Goods Flow 1).
- These positions range from 12-19 hours per week or 20 to 31 hours per week.
- We are also hiring Seasonal workers to support our Grand Opening in many of the above areas. These positions will range from 20-39 hours per week and may last up to 120 days.
- Candidates must have availability on Saturdays, Sundays and at least one nights per week.
