Position Summary:
This position provides support to various departments and performs the duties of telephone receptionist, payroll
processor, or client support specialist, depending on need.
Essential Functions:
- Receive and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Monitor and screen visitors
- Maintain daily client payroll pickup
- Receive and distribute all incoming faxes
- Order office supplies for corporate and off site offices
- Maintain and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with and/or set up in-house meetings
- Complete daily COBRA related activities
- General administrative support to various departments
- Provides assistance to Tax, Benefits, Service, Implementation, and Production Depts as needed
Job Specifications:
- Working knowledge of telephone system
- High school graduate or GED
- At least two years of office clerical or administrative experience required
- MS Excel and Word skills required

- Ability to make quick decisions and work independently

- Ability to perform support tasks such as data entry, mail sorting and processing, filing, report generation, basic financial tasks and customer service
Preferences:
- Knowledge of cloud based phone system
